Plant a Church

We are currently seeking church planters to partner with church planting networks in many locations across the United States.

All Stadia church planters are required to:

• Undergo formal assessment, (with spouse if married,) before Stadia confirms selection
• Participate in training / planning lab, (with spouse if married)
• Maintain an ongoing relationship with a coach for at least 30 months from the time of hiring
• Commit to raise outside support (amount to be agreed upon by the network)

In addition, for Stadia to participate in a church planting network:

• The new church must be affiliated with the Christian Church/Church of Christ movement.
• The new church must tithe on offerings to church planting, from the beginning of the new church. Recipients of the tithe will be negotiated on a per-plant basis.
• All partners in the church planting network must commit to multiplication principles (planting future churches through multiplying networks)
• The network partners (including a representative from Stadia) form a Management Team for the new church
