At Stadia we specialize in helping existing churches start healthy, successful new churches. Maybe your congregation is just beginning to sense God’s leading to start a daughter church. Or maybe your church has set aside a leadership team for church planting. No matter where you are in the process, we can help.
At Stadia, our dedicated, catalytic leaders are singularly committed to helping churches like yours assemble collaborative networks of like-minded, geographically-concentrated congregations to help make your dream for a life-changing new church a reality.
Many churches, when planting alone, become exhausted by the first launch and never move on to starting a second or third new church. But by joining with Stadia and a network of other committed congregations, your church will have access to additional resources to help with the plant, increasing the likelihood that other new churches (and baptisms!) will follow.
Each church planting network consists of four or more churches or organizations committed to launching a reproducible movement of new churches in a city or region. Because each new church is different, the partners in the network determine the model, the financial support required, and the length of support necessary for each new church. When Stadia joins a network, we help to facilitate and coordinate the launch of the new church, provided the following five criteria are met:
- The church planter (and spouse, if applicable) must agree to undergo formal assessment and training
- The church planter must maintain an ongoing relationship with a coach
- The new church must be affiliated with the Christian Churches/Churches of Christ
- The new church must agree to tithe on offerings to church planting
- All partners in the network must form a management team for the new church and commit to planting future churches through multiplying networks
 The more I am involved with our network, the more fired up I am about the multiplication movement. This has been an amazing process so far. The network that we are a part of has to be hands down...the best. New Community will be life-long partners with Stadia.

At Stadia, our primary ministry is to share our energy, experience and expertise with your church as you work to launch a new congregation. We can provide you with the guidance you need to ensure a healthy start to your new church and to increase the likelihood that it will thrive, including:
- How to find the right planter
- How to develop a plan
- How to choose appropriate coaching and mentoring
- How to find suppliers for needed products and services
Stadia will help you match the needs of your new church with proven church planting service providers. We have established relationships with professional organizations that provide assessment, training, coaching, mentoring and other services that are critical to the success of a new church. Stadia also brings training resources for planters, coaches, and mentors to church planting networks.
